I was in my high school and everyone was a time super strange like weird behaviour and people started trying to kill each-other with weird weapons and they would try and make you trust them to kill you and I got sliced on my cheek and on my hand with a knife from this girl I trusted. And then I ended up at home and everyone was still acting weird and I found my 8 year old brother who was super scared and didn’t understand what was happening and I had to protect him for the rest of the dream and we ended up finding a working car and drove away but everywhere we drove people were still trying to kill eachother
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your dream about your high school, strange behavior, and violence may carry several meanings:
Nostalgia and Reflection: High school often represents formative years, friendships, and social dynamics. The bizarre behavior of your peers could symbolize unresolved feelings about that time in your life or current stressors related to social situations or relationships.
Trust and Betrayal: The act of being harmed by a trusted individual suggests feelings of betrayal or fear of being let down by someone you care about. This could indicate anxieties about trust in your day-to-day life or current relationships.
Fear and Vulnerability: Your younger brother symbolizes innocence and protection. Having to safeguard him amidst chaos signifies a strong instinct to protect those you care about, which may reflect real-life responsibilities or a sense of vulnerability in the face of instability.
Chaos and Survival: The persistent violence and attempts to harm might represent external pressures or challenges you're facing, where it feels like people around you are not acting rationally or kindly. The effort to escape in a car implies a desire to find freedom or a safe space from turmoil, indicating an urgent quest for security in your life.
Overall, this dream could be urging you to address feelings of insecurity, betrayal, or anxiety in your relationships or personal life. It might also reflect protective instincts towards those you care about amidst chaos. Consider what aspects of your life might feel unsafe or chaotic, and think about ways to address those feelings or circumstances.
